Gilbert started with Coast to Coast as an installer and trainer. He was so good
we hated to promote him. However, his detailed knowledge of our customers and
their equipment allows him to tailor the perfect service contract. He can also
provide the latest in Managed Print Solutions. With sophisticated HIPA compliant
software, he can provide instant information on copy count, maintenance requirements,
and toner needs. Not getting the most our of your printer and copier fleet? You
need Gilbert. He is bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English.

Manny's experience in IT for before and aftermarket support is legendary in our
industry. During his over 13 years of experience in the document imaging industry,
he has worked on most if not all operating systems, successfully integrating our
products with your network. If he can't make it work, nobody can.

Roland's experience with major accounts provides him with the tools to deal with
customer issues of any kind.
Credentials: Over twenty years in copier and printing industry
Ramon's knowledge of both equipment and hardware makes him a full service representative.
He is an experienced major account rep handling Fortune 500 accounts and large
corporate accounts. He is great a coordinating multiple location installations.
With his supplies followup he maintains his customer contact. As with all of our
sales reps, he is here when you need him. He is fluent in Spanish and English.
Debbie Jo specializes in major accounts and multiple state placements. If you
want to know anything about faxes she is the expert!

Sherri's experience in supplies has given her a breath of knowledge of not only
Toshiba products but also those of other major manufacturers. Our Toshiba backed
supplies for any major printer, and authentic Toshiba toner for copiers assure

As a maintenance contract rep, Zach has over five years experience at Coast to
Coast. He will help devise a customized contract that best fits your needs.
Derek, under the leadership of Gilbert Gastelum, helps in implementing managed
