How Coast To Coast Business Equipment is responding.

To Our Customers:

Amid the COVID19 outbreak our primary concern is the health and safety of your and our employees.

We want to reassure you that Coast to Coast Business Equipment, Inc. is here to serve you while doing our part to minimize the potential spread of the COVID19. We realize that there are many essential businesses that need to remain operative and we are committed to helping you to do so.

While following the State and CDC direction to minimize unneeded exposure yet maintaining excellent service so that essential businesses and public services can run smoothly, we will remain operative with the following services:

  • We are working with our vendors that have decided to remain open to supply necessary toner and other consumables which will be shipped via FedEx or UPS.  It is important that you refrain from stockpiling and only request what is absolutely neccesary. We do not yet know what future availability is and we would like to meet the immediate needs of all of our customers that remain open.
  • We will have technicians available to perform remote online services. Many problems can be solved in this manner.
  • We know you share our goal in keeping personal contact at an absolute minimum however, If the need arises that onsite service is needed, we will evaluate the need on a case by case basis. We request that you help us in this by analyzing your work flow and if at all possible re-route your print, scan or fax needs to working devices. If it impossible to do this please place your request for service.
  • For those companies that are on remote toner monitoring, we will continue to provide this service and will do our best to supply you with the necessary toner.
  • Any help we can provide via phone will be available. Please feel free to contact your sales representative with any needs you may have.

Leave your company name, your contact information, both phone and email, the serial number of the equipment and a detailed description of the problem or the toner needed.

As the situation changes we will remain flexible and modify our policies as necessary. By everyone’s cooperation in this unprecedented situation we hope for speedy containment and good health for all. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
